Glendale Arts is committed to keeping the customer and arts organization fees low. $.45 of every ticket fee goes to our ticket provider. The remaining $1.55 per ticket goes directly back to Glendale Arts to help sustain our programs and services. Additionally, these fees allow us to provide this service to local arts and non-profit organizations at little or no expense.

Mandatory City/Facility Fees
In some cases, organizations will add a mandatory facility fee on any ticket sold at any price for their event. Glendale Arts adds these fees to the total ticket price. For example, the Alex Theatre assesses a $2.50 per ticket facility / restoration fee on all tickets.
There are no refunds for tickets purchased through GATickets, except in the case of an event cancellation, or what GA’s staff determines to be extraordinary circumstances. In the event of a refund, please be aware that additional charges may apply, resulting in a refund less than the price you originally paid.
We may be able to exchange tickets of equal or lesser value for no additional charge. Tickets that are more expensive can also be exchanged (subject to availability) with additional charges being added to the order. In some instances, a credit may be issued with no fee (or a nominal one) for a future purchase.
Cancellation of the Event
In the case of an event cancellation, Glendale Arts will notify all owners of tickets purchased for a cancelled event as soon as we are made aware of the cancellation, and you will be refunded your total ticket price within 2 business days of our notification of the cancellation. As a courtesy to you, the organization hosting the event may contact you before this refund occurs, to see if you would like to attend a different performance in lieu of getting a refund. If you do not choose this option, or you cannot be reached, we default to issuing a full refund for your purchased tickets within 2 days of our notification of the cancellation.
